I am originally from South America (Chile), where I studied Engineering. I move to Australia 7 years ago for and at the moment I am studying a Master of Information Technology. I am now in my second year and I am loving every moment of my new career path.

Label Recognition Image Matching Engine: Individual project. Web App in Python that provides label image recognition using image features algorithms. Clients of this app can request images to be matched against an online database and provide information about the image.
It is being developed using Flask, OpenCV and Gunicorn. In addition, an Android app has been developed. Working demo:
Australian Citizenship App: This Android App assists individuals when undertaking the Australian Citizenship Test. This is currently the top app in this category with over 6000 downloads. It uses the Google Play In-app billing API and the Google Mobile Ads SDK. In addition, Material Design support.
UniVods: Video streaming Android App that allows Flinders University students to watch lectures. It was developed to provide a fast and easy way to watch lectures on the go. Python app was written to obtain the university topics codes and create a SQLite3 database. The Android App stores this data in the internal SQLite database and streams the lectures.
I worked customising the design and the functionality of the following websites using: HTML5, CSS3, PHP. I used OpenCart and WordPress open source packages.
I speak fluent Spanish and English.
